Alpa Shah provides the overall vision, strategy, and financial leadership for the growth of 1st American Systems and Services. She is a serial entrepreneur who has decades of experience in envisioning, starting, managing, and aggressively growing multiple small businesses. Under her leadership, 1st American has posted a profit each year since inception and enjoys a triple digit growth rate. Prior to starting 1st American, she was the Director of Operations for an FAA Class I Commercial Airport. She has an engineering degree from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Purdue University.

Sanjay Shah has 20+ years of broad based experience focused on regulatory compliance, information technology, records management, and healthcare operations. He is a nationally recognized expert on healthcare information technology and is the founding board member and past president of WV Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society. Prior to joining 1st American, he was the Vice President and Chief Information Officer for a complex teaching hospital. He is an engineer with an MBA.

Dr. Cornell provides the vision and leadership for efficient and effective utilization of technology to improve healthcare quality and clinical outcomes. He is the Chief of Aerospace Medicine for the 130th Airlift Wing and the Section Chief of Hospital Medicine for Cabell Huntington Hospital.
